Steps to beach & bike path This Beautiful one bedroom loft is located between pipeline beach and sunset beach at the famous surf spot 'Rocky Point'. We are just 4 houses from the the beach. The North shore bike path is just steps away. There are multiple gourmet food trucks that park all along the bike path. One of our favorites is the elephant truck (thai food) and our kids favorite is the brick oven pizza truck Impossibles Pizza which is across the street from us in the evenings. Turtle bay resort is just a 10 min drive up the road and is a fun place to dine, watch the sunset over the ocean at the pool bar while listening to live music, or partying after dark at the famous surfer bar. Rocky Point Studio sleeps 3 to 4 people and is ideal for a couple or small family. There is a full size bed upstairs in the sleeping loft. A queen size bed in the small downstairs bedroom, and a full size futon in the living area. The open beam ceilings make this one bedroom studio feel open and airy, lots of windows to let in the trade winds and sunlight. Surrounded by palms, plumeria, and avo trees, and with a view of all the surrounding Rocky Point neighborhood, you get the feeling of being in your own island tree house. :) You also have your own private deck for BBQing and relaxing after a long Hawaiian day. This is a separate unit from the main house on the property. De plus du matériel de plage est utilisable ce qui permet d'éviter d'acheter parasol, body board, etc... Nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons. Downstairs bed is sagging and not so comfortable with the thinnest pillows. Budget bedding. Beach chairs dirty. Not worth what you pay. Also, you back up to Kam Highway--so loud. The airflow was good and we enjoyed seeing the trees and leaves blowing in the wind. Vaulted ceilings make the unit feel bigger. The host Chris was very communicative and helpful and keeps his apartment stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The apartment is near incredible surf and beaches. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable. The beach is extremely close and very private. My only complaints would be lack of air conditioning and difficulty finding the location after hours. We stayed for two weeks and the property was the perfect place to stay on the North Shore. The property has everything you need for your stay. It is very open planned and with the windows open a refreshing breeze blows through. It is also located beside the beach, which from what we could make out only has residents of the area there. Parking was never an issue to find on the street. It takes about 15 minute drive to beautiful Haleiwa and around 50 mins to an hour to Honolulu. We planned most of our days away from the house, but when we needed groceries or take out, it was only 10-15 mins away. There is no AC but most windows have screens and there are multiple quiet fans. There is only one futon couch that is not very comfortable and barely fits 4 adults. Just one more cozy chair would have been nice. Dishware and spices are sitting out on shelves so we had to wash everything before using either because they were dusty or dirty from previous guests. Spices were chunky fromhumidity so couldn’t use. Not thrilled with the old Teflon pans to cook with but we made due. Appreciated a place to hose off feet after the beach. Pretty close to the road so noise could be an issue for some. Overall, the place is simple and airy and the host was welcoming. ##### Shelly H.
