Book with confidence—professionally managed by Ali'i Beach Rentals, an award-winning property management company. The Beach Villas are located at 92-104 Waialii Place. (3rd Floor) This Beach Villas at Ko Olina unit radiates luxury, melding timeless Hawaiian islands comfort with modern chic. Indulge in an expansive suite featuring a vast array of opulent amenities. There are two suites with a king bed, both have a private bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed as well as a guest bathroom located in the hallway. Each bedroom has a mounted 55" smart TV. We just added a sleeper sofa to accommodate 8 guests! (pics coming) Enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest on the spacious lanai with peekaboo ocean views and overlooking the gorgeous pool. The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, a highly functional kitchen island equipped with several bar stools idyllic for entertaining while cooking and contemporary black granite countertops, as well as a 70" smart television and an intimate dining table in addition to an onsite washer and dryer. The suite itself is only part of the charm, the resort is situated next to several picturesque sandy lagoons and offers access to several lap pools and a fitness center, not to mention world-class golf awaits directly across the street at the famed Ko Olina golf course and world-class cuisine as well at world famous Roy's restaurant. Should you find the need to venture out of this utopian bubble some of the most beautiful beaches on earth await in nearby Wai'anae. There are 2 distinct shopping areas in the immediate vicinity, the Ko Olina Station and the Ko Olina Center. At the Ko Olina Station, you will find the Monkey Pod Kitchen, the Black Sheep Cream CO., and Island Country Market (groceries). If you are looking for something entertaining and historically significant for the whole family consider enjoying a train ride with the Hawaiian Railway Society! Train rides are available every WED, SAT, and SUN, but reservations must be made in advance, the phone # is, and fares range from $10 for keiki (Hawaiian for children) or $15 for adults or $30 for all Parlor Car tickets. Enjoying a train ride is an unforgettable experience offering a unique glimpse into O'ahu's historical sugar cane heritage! The condo itself could use a few things like counter cleaning spray, a few larger pots (it’s a 3 bedroom so likely you’ll need to make some larger meals) and a crock pot would have been nice to start dinner and go lay on the beach and finally a few extra blankets would have been nice as well. We don’t really hold that against it and would absolutely rent it again. If you plan to rent be sure to consider Ko Olina is away from many activities and “the action” which was our preference but you will need to allow time to get to locations if you sign up for excursions. ##### Jennifer G. The pots and pans needed to be washed one pan was burned on to the point of throwing it away. Cluttered with owner’s belongings. Remotes missing batteries. That being said we loved the location and would still recommend. Pretty much a private lagoon and beautiful walking paths to other lagoons. The unit itself does need some TLC. A cabinet door above the refrigerator was off the hinge and laying in the cabinet. Along the walls in the dining area there were 3 narrow tables up against the wall with no purpose making it maneuver in the area. The oven door does not securely close making heating time longer. The master bedroom closet light was missing bulbs and very dark. As stated, minor issues. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation here. It was mine and my wife’s 2nd time staying at this resort and my parents and sister & brother in-laws first time. The unit was clean and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Appliances are top rated Wolfe Appliances which all worked very well. The parking stall is far from the unit but we would just drop our things off at the elevator closest to our unit in the underground parkade, then parked and walked back so it was no big deal. Everything you would need was there. There are 4 cheaper beach chairs, 2 of which are in rough shape. Ideally some beach chairs like Tommy Bahamas would be better to have but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Some floaties to use at the ocean as well as a beach umbrella. It seemed the pans took a long time to heat up, possibly because they weren’t induction pans for the induction range. If you notice the over isn’t heating up fast enough, door isn’t closing it’s because the rack isn’t pushed in all the way and you just need to push it in. Liquid laundry detergent was supplied which lasted us 9 days which was great. There wasn’t any dishwashing powder supplied (the container was empty) but after contacting the property manager they had some for us that day. We brought dishwasher pods but we found they weren’t washing well. After looking up the manual online, we found the manual states only to use powder dishwasher detergent, not liquid or pods. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Quiet lap pool is warm and relaxing as well as the hot tub. Gym is very nice and has a majority of the equipment you would need for a vacation gym. Definitely recommend walking over to the Disney Alauni Resort for a Shave Ice. Only $5.00-$7.50 which was much cheaper than other places on the island and very very good! The lagoons are beauty and is a perfect place for kids (no waves & sharks cannot get in). The vacation rental was very pleasant. One complaint was the sofas. They are too low to the ground making it difficult for us seniors to get up from a sitting position. Perhaps the owners would consider upgrading those two items. The guest bedroom with the attached bathroom had a bed that was difficult to get into, it was very high. We had a couple of small issues with the rental but these were resolved very quickly. When we checked in Shannon repeatedly told me that 'someone' would be showing us to our rental and telling us about the property. No one showed up so she just pointed us in the direction on how to find the rental. She seemed very hurried and repeated herself many times. But, overall, we had a great time.
