The Space:  
Welcome to your dream vacation home in Southern Dunes, a 24-hour security gated golf community. This beautifully furnished home offers all the comforts and amenities needed for a memorable stay. Enter through a welcoming entrance that opens to a spacious living and dining area, which flows seamlessly into the family room, creating an inviting space for relaxation. High ceilings and large windows enhance the airy atmosphere, with golf course views from every angle. The fully equipped kitchen features an island and breakfast nook, perfect for casual meals, while the family room offers comfortable seating for cozy evenings.  
On the first floor, you'll find a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that offers serene views of the pool and golf course, creating a relaxing retreat for elderly guests or those with special needs. Step outside to the screened-in pool and hot tub, where you can unwind while taking in the scenic surroundings. The garage has been converted into a game room with ping pong, pool, and air hockey, providing entertainment for all ages.  
Heading upstairs, a second living room with a TV creates an additional space to relax. The layout includes a second master suite with an ensuite bathroom, along with two more bedrooms, each featuring two single beds. Another two bedrooms are designed with comfortable king beds. The split floor plan offers privacy and convenience for all guests.  
This home comes fully furnished, complete with all appliances and kitchen essentials, making it rental-ready for short-term stays. Conveniently located near local supermarkets, popular eateries, and major theme parks, this property is the perfect base for your next Florida vacation.

Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.  
  
\* Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
