« Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). « We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. « My boyfriend and I enjoyed this property a lot. It was clean and had great amenities. I wasn’t used to the ease at which the bugs got in (this is not the owners fault, just part of being in the woods) and the stone steps from the driveway to the actual steps are not optimal, in my opinion. If someone needs a walker or has a wheelchair I do not think I would select this property for that reason alone. The steps upstairs to the loft also made us nervous (boyfriend is a bodybuilder, getting 250...

« The perfect escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Quiet, relaxing and a great location. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, stretching out in the hammocks, and the nature around us. We have seen hawks, deer, even turtles running around. Everything that you need in a cabin. Close to town and all the area attractions. Host was great to work with and very communicative all the way through. Will definitely return in the future. »
