It's nice and quiet and the lake is gorgeous. The kitchen works great and you're close enough to the town to be able to get supplies or go to a restaurant. I caught four different northern pike over 5 days and I'm pretty happy with that. The kayak works great along with the canoe. We struggled with the pontoon but didn't really need it. It is quite a steep hill from the cabin down to the dock. My mom needed to find a different way down there but we figured it out. ##### Andy R. The kitchen had everything you might need, tons of board games, furniture and beds were comfy. Lots of option for enjoying the lake including an operation vintage pontoon. Sunsets were beautiful from the deck and the screen porch. It was 45 minutes to an hour from Bemidji, Brainerd, and Itasca state park. Hackensack is 15 minutes away. Really couldn't ask for more. The AC unit wasn’t working the evening we arrived and when we reached out it was promptly fixed the next day. The only thing I truly missed about the kitchen was there was no dishwasher. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials that you need. ##### Sharon G. Very clean with fresh carnations throughout the home. Large outdoor deck and a covered patio area as well. The sauna was awesome, sad it was cold enough to use in August! But, you can’t control Mother Nature. The beds were comfy and view was nice. Very nice cabin. I would recommend this place.
