« Lovely home and good location. It is well stocked and overall very clean. We found we had no propane for the BBQ but when we messaged the host it was delivered and set up within 20 minutes. The home is not as isolated as the pictures look but there is still plenty of privacy from the neighbors. We enjoyed the swim pool. »

« Very clean and beautifully modernized space with tons of windows for lots of natural light. In a great location if you want to be near to the river, cute downtown Guerneville and the Armstrong redwoods. We really enjoyed the applesauce bread and strawberries the owner left for us. While the microwave randomly broke on us, the owner was so thoughtful and Doordashed us a new one later that day. « There were 2 issues I had with my stay. I had to cancel the last day because of one of them. The hot tub was not usable. This is probably a short term problem and will be fixed quickly. Nonetheless, the reason I rented the property was because of the hot tub. The other problem I had was one I have with many places rented to many people.
