High end finishes with new carpets in all the bedrooms and new wood floors in the living room. In the winter months, Ski Crested Butte and Monarch from Gunnison! Both ski areas are only 45 minutes away. A short walk to the bus stop that offers a free bus to Crested Butte and the ski area!
