"Absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in I would never book with this hotel service again. Hotel was very disgusting. We had to clean it ourselves. Staff was terrible did not come through for room service and gave us the wrong size sheets for the bed, they’re also with blood on the sheets and when I went to the front desk, the only thing that she said she could do was give me more sheets. I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. The tub had rust in it, and someone left all their beard hair on the counter so that lets me know that the staff is not cleaning zero out of 10 matter affect -0 out of 10 diverse hotel that I’ve ever stayed in in history do not book with this hotel kids were super loud running up and down the sideway. I’m begging you please do not book with this company."

"Would not recommend! We were told to let the front desk know in the morning before 11 if we were going to need towels and washcloths for the current day. I mean, why would we not, shouldn’t that be a given? The guy told us several times that they do not towel swap at night. He said to let the front desk know and they would send someone in to get our dirty towels and leave fresh ones. (Let me just stop to say, we usually just put our used towels outside our door in the mornings and get fresh ones from the front desk at some point during the day.) However, the next morning, we let the lady at the front desk know. She said they would take care of it, but when we got back that night, everything was as we left it. We went down to the front desk and they said we did not let anyone know and they had told us the night before, that they do not towel swap at night. We told them, in fact we had, and they said we had a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door then. We told him we absolutely did not. Instead of, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, here are some towels -we got, it’s your fault for not letting us know and well you must have had the do not disturb sign on. The guys at the front desk said that we had to come back up to our room, put the towels outside of the door, take a picture of the towels by our door as proof and then come back downstairs. We brought the towels to the front desk and eventually got clean ones . I have never been treated so rudely or ridiculously at a hotel. "

"Required a $100 damage deposit AFTER paying in advance for the room. Got to the room and it was “clean” but not clean. Previous damage NOT REPAIRED in multiple areas of the room (video on check in to prove it) "

"Clean room, friendly staff! The only issue was the sink didn’t drain quickly, which sucks when brushing your teeth 😊 not a major issue though. We were in the 1st floor and heard some loud banging at night. I wasn’t sure what that was. "
