The floor was slippery the first day and the host quickly offered to have the cleaning team mop to make it less slippery. We declined but as our stay went on the floor became less slippery. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was disorganized but clean. Within walking distance to Pier 33\. Walmart was close. Plenty of space and the short walk to the beautiful beach was amazing. We've stayed at houses ON the beach that had longer walks. Communication with owners was super easy. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walmart a couple miles away for all the necessities. I was the tiniest bit concerned with the house being a duplex but it was never an issue in any way, shape, or form. There was never any noise transfer from the other side. The balconies were great for morning coffee and evening refreshments. We would definitely stay in this house again. We have to bring our dog with us on any vacations due to severe separation anxiety! There is plenty of green space at this location and sits on a quiet street which makes for great walks after sunset. Only 1 block from beach access. I have walked further with some places being located right on the beach. Check in and out was a breeze. Very accommodating all the necessities you would need for your stay. ##### John M.
