The ground level offers covered parking and tasteful low-level landscape lighting for comfort and security at night. Hot and cold water in the fully-enclosed lighted shower and outdoor sink make it easy to leave the 'beach' behind. The picnic table is shaded from the sun. All the conveniences of your own home without the work, sleeping 8, this 4 BR/2BA spacious and well-appointed two level home features a spiral stair to a loft affording guests easy access to the 4th open loft bedroom and even more Gulf views via the cathedral windows. All rooms are furnished with built-in shelves, dressers, and drawers with spacious storage throughout. Sit back and enjoy the ambiance provided by the electric fireplaces in the Great room and Master Bedroom. Dish Satellite access connected to six television sets with DVD's means no arguing over what to watch. The forst thing the keys were in the house not in the lock box. The main door was inop . They sent someone right out. So from the t I me we got there till we left very underwlming property.The house itself was fine very dirty. Where there were vents they were full of dust. Every one of them . The bathroom fans were outdated and yellow. The door handle collars on three doors were hanging off. The dishwasher hose was not connected so that made a mess flooded the kitchen. Not a good place. The guest batroom had the handle broken off in the shower to turn water on. The ceiling fan in the huest room was broken. Barely spins. The utensils still had food on them that were in the drawer. We had an ant infestation on the last day. The property manager was belpful but when she told me it was the end of the season and the wear and tear can be expected i lost interest in speaking to them. I spent 6000 plus with taxes for a house that the manager even says was not up to par. I am probably going to call the credit card company and report this as unhappy with product and then pay them what i think its worth to stay here . Its not worth 6000 needing all this repair. Its ridiculous to have to pay premium for a sub par renatal. ##### Scott M. The only thing more I could have wished for was a gas grill. I can't eat charcoal grilled food. This was a great place to stay with lots of things to do and see. Kitchen has everything you would ever want, the place is impeccably clean, safe and right on the beach. The location was perfect and the scenery beautiful. Our only complaint is that the living room furniture was just wicker outdoor furniture and there were not enough places for everyone to sit out together. For this reason, we will probably not stay at this location again, but we will definitely stay in the same area. ##### Mary B.
