Beachfront!! \*Phoenix Gulf Shores 2002 Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit from the Living room and Master bedroom!! With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" 4K Smart TV in the master and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, surround sound in the Living room, plenty of dish/glass ware, toaster, blenders, regular coffee maker and a Keurig! There is a King bed in the Master, two queens in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12\. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. It was a great configuration for our young adult children. Everyone had their own large bed which was ideal for teens and young adults. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and silverware, much more than other condos we've stayed in before. We loved the large deck and were able to see dolphin every day. The complex had easy access parking to the elevators and they were very quick, considering we were on the 20th floor. Peaceful, relaxing, and a beautiful view. I believe any room ilar this location would more that satisfy any adult stay with kids. We personally like room 2002. ##### Melvin L. It was very clean and well cared for. Beautiful view! The beach was gorgeous and we had a great time going between the ocean, outdoor pool and indoor pool and hot tub. Just make sure to bring your own back up paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwasher pods. There is a "starter pack" of all of this but it is just one of each, which wasn't enough for a group of our size (we had 11 in our party). Aside from that this was a perfect home away from home! ##### Abbey E. Aside from the fabric furniture being a little worn, things were very clean and comfortable. The place is well laid out and looks even better in person! The view from the 20th floor is amazing! We spent a lot of time out on the spacious back porch overlooking the ocean. The kitchen, family room, and bedrooms were all great and it was so nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. The location was sooo convenient with having young kids. The elevators room you right down to the indoor pool which was right next to the outdoor and right next to a short boardwalk to the beach. It made beach life with small children so much easier than other beach trips where you had to walk a lot to get to the pool or beach. The pool has a fantastic water slide my kids loved and the indoor pool was heated which was nice. We had a great stay and would recommend it! ##### Abby G. Saw several while there then when I got home and unpacked, two crawled out of my bag. So gross! Water didn’t work from fridge! Told front desk three times about people smoking weed the floor below us and nothing was done! So the last couple of days, we could not even stay on the balcony which was our favorite spot! We had to keep the door closed! Great location and great view! Loved having the boogie boards there as well for the kids! Amenities are great!
