The condo has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a 35-foot-long private balcony, tile throughout and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. PGS-2004 features: · Living area with two leather sofas (one a Queen sleeper), two swivel cushioned armchairs, a recliner, balcony access through floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a uniquely placed large, flatscreen television on a wall of windows. · Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gray granite countertops and light wood cabinets. The condo was okay,however there were several issues with our stay. The ice maker did not work. I emailed and checked with the front desk and still noone showed to fix it. Hot drinks at the beach no fun. The sliding door to the balcony took two people to open. There was mold in the master bedroom shower, gross to look at during shower. The last deal breaker for me was the lack of dressers. The bedrooms had nowhere to store your clothes or set things on. It was very clean, decor was pretty, and had a great layout. Loved that the bedrooms all had a bath for our large family. View was spectacular. Large pantry to put our items in so we could stay organized. Very easy to bring things in from car and elavators were pretty fast, important when you are on 20th floor.
