Totally updated condo with all the modern conveniences including 3 flat screen TV's and WIFI. Recently renovated the entire kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The Boardwalk is an older building but seems to be wearing well. The condo was updated but there are a few things that may need updated in the future. Everything was functional and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is roomy. I don’t think there was anything we couldn’t find. The coffee pot uses pods or makes a pot. Don’t miss the carts that the Boardwalk has for taking everything upstairs. The elevators work well! Note that only one car can park in the front lot and the other has to be across the street. There is usually security to help with all those situations. We were just some ladies enjoying each other’s company and the beach. We were glad to have a nice kitchen to cook a few meals in as restaurants had lines up to an hour to an hour and a half. We loved the balcony and the beach view. If I get back to Gulf Shores, I would love to stay here again. If you have a question, don’t hesitate to contact the host as he was very responsive. ##### Debbie S.
