This recently updated, ground-floor condo combines comfort with a prime location, creating a perfect retreat for families and friends seeking adventure and relaxation. The spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout offers a welcoming base, just short away from pristine beaches, where you can spend days soaking up the sun, swimming, and building sandcastles. After beach time, take advantage of the community pool for a refreshing dip or unwind in the beautifully furnished living space. Beyond the beach, this condo’s central location places you moments away from championship golf courses, trendy shopping districts, and popular Gulf Shores hotspots. Whether you're in the mood to explore local dining, enjoy water sports, or simply relax, Colony Club H6 offers everything you need for an unforgettable beach getaway. Passes are $25 each. • If you arrive after hours, you may check in the next morning. Things to know • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Yellow wristbands are in the condo for your use. They must be worn or visible for all members of your party when you go to the pool. • Please note we don't provide beach towels. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
