The house was very clean but does need some general maintenance. Kitchen was fully stocked (does not have a kurig) but a coffee pot. Kitchen needs a bit of work in updating though. Nice sun room for reading, puzzles, etc. Great view of the water. Only downside is that the house doesn’t seem to be maintained very well. Lots of cosmetic issues as well as burned out lights, broken blinds, etc. Additionally, the satellite was so old and rusted that it fell off the house during a rainstorm during our stay.
