You can hear the sound of the waves from it and its such a relaxing hang out spot. Ease of walking onto the beach was great and the beach was never busy, which we prefer. My only criticism is the lack of beach gear. For those flying in, having chairs and beach towels would be great. The chairs for rent are expensive and it was more economical for us to buy chairs and towels at walmart and leave the chairs behind. The view is beautiful, and the extra amenities (pools mostly) made our stay extra special, especially for my boys. The beach was not crowded considering it was Labor Day weekend. The condo is nice sized with everything we needed. The balcony was huge and nice to sit and enjoy the ocean. Most families were able to stay at Royal Palms. Location was great as the beach wasn’t ever packed. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
