This spacious and pleasant Villa is Spectacular for lodging of large groups of friends and / or families, with its five bedrooms, each with private bathroom, Split type air conditioners, Smart TV, with kitchenette and a tub with HYDROMASSAGE. Additional features dining room, living room, kitchen and laundry area, private parking. It has access to the POOL area. Located in a very consolidated area. We are located in a residential area, appreciated and very consolidated, we have in the vicinity shopping centers, with all the shops, cinemas, supermarkets, supermarkets, restaurants with great variety of offer and some with 24-hour service. It is a quiet place that serves perfectly to base and know all of Guayaquil and make daily trips to the beach, as well as Salinas, Beaches, Montañita, etc. The Malecón del Salado, Guayarte, are only 5 kms away, we are surrounded by Universities such as ESPOL, Pacífico, and several others, as well as schools, IESS Insurance Hospital is a couple of kilometers in general, there are all kinds of services and access to public transport inclusive
