« Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too. »

« Stayed in the Moon Gazer gypsy caravan. It has ‘lived’ but is cute, quirky and the bed/bedding was lovely. Quiet and private with a bird song orchestra we had lovely weekend drinking locally brewed ale/cider and listening to local ‘turn up and play’ folk musicians. Superb weekend all round. »

« Parking can be a problem if arriving later in the evening. Follow instructions given by owners. Breakfast is great staff friendly and helpful. Keep entry instructions handy as had a little trouble finding codes. Rooms 7 and 8 are not where you'd think ! »

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again. »

Beaucoup de bruit émanant des autres chambres attenantes et du dessus A également fait une copie de mon passeport sans motif légitime »

« We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location. »

« Luxurious room! We splurged for the nicer room and wow! Wonderful staff, good beer selection. We needed to leave early the next morning so the chef packed us a picnic breakfast with lots of fruit, a blt sandwich, crackers and jams and cookies. Ate it on a hill overlooking a field of sheep and the town below. So memorable! »
