Situated in charming Grover Beach, you'll love being within walking distance of great restaurants, Butterfly Park trails, and shopping. You're also just a short bike ride to downtown Pismo, Shell Beach, and Arroyo Grande. Venture out to tour a host of wineries in Edna Valley, and north to Paso Robles -- your adventure awaits you! Living Area Large picture windows provide ocean views and an abundance of sunshine in the main living area. Gather for festive meals around the table for six. Bed and Bath This home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. Each bed is appointed with a comfy memory-foam mattress, fine cotton sheets, and cozy pillows and bedding. All bedrooms offer a large closet, luggage rack, and smart TV. Sleep soundly on a California king bed in the spacious primary suite. The sparkling en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second suite offers a queen bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a full-size bed. House did not have a garage remote which made entry very difficult.House was large enough to sleep us all. 4 of 5 propane tanks were emptied but maintenance folks came and refilled along with resetting a circuit breaker to stove which was behind a picture which I would never of found. Requested a garage door opener but was told owner was tired of replacing lost remote. No happy about that inconvenience but was nice place and plenty of room. There were 6 in our group. Kitchen and dining area were great for cooking and sharing meals. The property manager was attentive and quickly handled 2 minor issues that arose.
