"So weit ganz gut. Leider liegt das Grundstück an zwei Straßen und es fahren doch einige Fahrzeuge entlang. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Es fehlt an einigen Dingen wie Schüsseln, sieb use.w., außerdem ist der Kühlschrank zu klein für mehrere Personen samt Hund."

"Ich war 3 Tage dort. Habe prima im Hochbett geschlafen und mit Hund und Katze Bekanntschaft gemacht. Bad und Küche sind extern und auf kurzem Weg erreichbar. Ich kochte mit dem Geschirr und Küchengeräten vor Ort und nutzte auch den Kühlschrank. Der Empfang war herzlich . Immer wieder gern."

Das Haus steht auf einer großen sehr trockenen Wiese, beinahe Wüstenähnlich. Der Rasen wird nie bewässert, es sind nur ein paar wenige Pflanzen und 2 Bäume vorhanden, alles aber sehr lieblos gepflegt.
