« The wifi didn't work for several hours, I alerted the front desk and they fixed the problem in a timely manner. Also my TV kept flickering on and off and eventually conked all the way out. I alerted the desk the next morning and they assured me it would be taken care of. It was the TV in room 323\. But the front desk staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful. And the facilities are clean for the most part. »
