Large ranch home located in west Greeley. Perfect location if you are attending weddings, sports, reunions, concerts & area college events. (NO PARTYS OR LARGE GATHERING) only guests that are staying allowed unless approved by us prior to your stay) We think you’ll love this house it has so much to offer. We have added the extra touches to make your stay a memorable one. Enjoy the many things to do or just kick back and relax. We appreciate your inquiry and hope you come for a stay This is a large ranch house with a fully finished and furnished basement. It has 5 bedrooms (one bedroom is very small and one is very large). It has 4 full bathrooms. Three bathrooms have showers and the fourth bathroom has a shower/bath. The downstairs has a game room for playing board games. Each bedroom and family room have Roku TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay including a blender, mixer, air fryer, crockpots, coffee pot and many more small appliances. It also has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with ice and water. We have converted the garage into a game room with. A shuffle board table, ping pong table, foos ball table and a dart board for your enjoyment. This house is on a large lot with plenty of free parking for several cars. The back yard is fenced in with a patio that has a lot of lawn furniture. In addition we have a gas grill, gas fire pit, corn hole game and a hot tub!! The entire house (we have a few locked closets) If you need anything during your stay feel free to text or call us. We had 6 adults and eight children (age 2-9). There were toys for the littles, games for adults, great “fun zone” in the garage area, and a huge patio with fenced yard. Very clean and well organized! They got in first to setup a surprise birthday party for our daughter. When we arrived they were all talking about how amazing the house was. It looked even better in person than online. Everybody had an amazing time cooking and eating food and playing games. I personally loved the amazing hot tub. Would definitely book this house again. ##### Sean W. We came in town with a few moms and daughters for a volleyball tournament. This property was exactly what we needed. You can tell the owners take pride in making it a nice place for their guests. The kids loved the hot tub and game room in the garage and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The were plenty of beds, linens, blankets, dishes, silverware and bathrooms for all. The game room, hot tub and large family space downstairs were great for the girls to hang out, watch movies, play games and even a little hide and seek. The hosts were very accommodating, helpful and made sure we were good to go before, during and after our stay.
