« Our 14th or 15th stay here. It's nice to see the improvements that Jim the owner is making. New carpet and tile in the living area were welcome improvements. We normally come during the cooler months and have never needed to use the A/C but it was HOT during our visit and the A/C was wonderful. Fishing was good, weather was the best we've had. « Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use...

« Spent three nights and really enjoyed our stay. Especially loved how comfortable the bed was. We were very tired following a busy week before arriving. Wish we had more energy to enjoy the lake. We did have a nice trip around the lake in their paddle boat and my husband enjoyed a quick swim. We were very entertained by all the wildlife, including a bald eagle. It was a relaxing stay for for us which was just what the doctor ordered. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. »

« Wonderful house, just as described, with access to a lake that is clean, beautiful, and perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. The goats across the street are a fun plus. We loved using the boat and kayaks, and brought some of our own floats as well. A nice retreat. »

« Great house, great outside space. Everyone loved it! Every summer, my family gets together and takes a family vacation. There are 17 of us, ages 4-75. We chose this house this year. « Loved this property. Solid construction made for a very quiet and sound sleep. We did not use the kitchen but it seems to be well appointed. We were nervous about hearing sirens since we were close.to.the hospital but.we didn't. The ambulances either turn their sirens off that close or that is a testimonial as to how solid the house was built. Great layout too. Extra.half bath was nice to have. »
