« The staff has been both friendly and helpful. Very professional and quick to serve. The room is comfortable. The property is nice but a bit worn/dated and there are some areas that are stained (carpet, toilet, bathroom tile) or don’t seem as clean as they could be. I appreciate that it smells clean and there are no stale or cigarette odors. »

Room was just a big larger than the bed, impossible to get the tv working (netflix, etc...), same for the coffee machine in the room.

« I used to live in Nashville and wanted a place in east Nashville near where my area friends still live. Walkable to the 5 points area and so close to downtown yet feeling “quiet neighborhood” at same time; this place is ideal if you want something a little kitschy but want the “real Nashville” with a completely different character than the downtown and tourist traps. There was some nice live music one night and more of a DJ lounge vibe in the outdoor areas, with excellent craft cocktails. ...
« The Russell was beautiful, clean, they had complimentary snacks and water, I appreciated the Dyson hairdryer (fabulous for thick hair). The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. Nice historic neighborhood, quiet. »
