The gardens around the buildings were not being maintained and looked terrible. There was nowhere for my dog to do his business. I had to cross the street to let him go pee. The room was OK, just bare bones, nothing fancy. At least it was clean. It really makes a difference whether you have carpeting or not. I did not, since I had a Ddog, so I get that. But my friend's room next door with the carpeting seemed alot nicer.

Property was reasonably secure and maintained. The Wi-Fi was unusable. It was slower than dial-up of thirty years ago. When I'd try to load a web page, I'd wait five minutes before giving up. I went to front desk to inform. She was of no help...showed no interest in solving the problem. I was able to get sign-on for Wi-Fi at next door restaurant, and I used that for the remainder of our stay.

Forks inn restaurant was excellent. The food was 5 star and the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast was included and had good choices. Perfect coffee.

It was close to my family and the price was reasonable priced as I had a credit from expedia. The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. We had to move rooms as the heater stopped working due to a very clogged filter. We turned it on and there was so much dust that the fire alarm went off. The drain in the tub was very slow to drain. The rooms are in need of some serious upgrading.

It’s in grand forks and the quality reflects the size of the town. Relatively clean in our room but our whole group stayed here and we got some mixed reviews. Theres some other properties nearby that seemed a bit nicer but this place can hold a larger group if you’d all like to stay in the same place

Upper balcony seems to need some repairs; if you have difficulty with stairs make sure you note it as I didn’t see an elevator. Overall great location SUPER great staff members and fresh hot coffee in the morning! i only would have wanted an electric kettle available to boil water as the tap water is not the best (but that’s just small town BC!)

If you need a place to stay in a pinch, this will do. But for the money, honestly, I would find somewhere else to stay. The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The restaurant was a ghost town and it is only convenient if you need groceries or McDonald’s.

This was the cheapest option for an unplanned overnight stay. The price point reflects the condition of the facility. The walls were dirty and the base boards are in need of a paint job. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Some of the linens are due for replacement. Our kitchenette had one mug and one plate. The other kitchen items were adequate. If you plan to do much cooking, you might want to bring your own pot and your own pan as the ones provided are small. Overall the experience was about what I expected.
