About this property

Comfy, clean & modern home backing to forest trails & only minutes to downtown!

  • Feel at home with super comfy beds, wifi TVs in all rooms, Sonos and high speed internet. The home backs to forest trails and is only about a 1 mile drive to NAU and the historic downtown. This is our second home and we love being here, cherishing our time at the house. We have all sorts of games and creature comforts for all of our guests. We hope you love it as much as we do. One bedroom has a king size bed, one has a queen and the third bedroom has a full size and a twin. We have all amenities that you might need during your stay, including a washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, etc. New backyard composite deck with table, seating and BBQ.

Great place to stay close to downtown. The house was very clean and Steve was great to work with. As a fellow VRBO owner I appreciate the ease of check in and check out as well as the clear instructions for everything. If we are back in town we will definitely be staying again. It worked perfect for our family of 5.

Well, clean was part of the title for this vrbo and I was wondering if that was true. Sure enough, it was the cleanest vrbo we've ever stayed in! Spotless showers. Not a smudge even on the air fryer. Great hosts too!

If I could give this home and Steve more than five stars, I would. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, but this Flagstaff property is hands-down the cleanest and most immaculate VRBO we have ever encountered. Every corner of the home was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly welcoming.

We enjoyed the clean and cozy home that was less than 10 min from downtown flagstaff. I had some technical issues with my scheduling but the owners were very flexible and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and nice and had everything that we needed. It's also centrally located so we were able to do a lot including Sedona, the Grand Canyon, the Petrified Forest National Park and Meteor Crater. We flew in & out of Phoenix and stopped at the Desert Botanical Gardens before our flight home. Highly recommend!

Welcoming and Relaxing Home

My family loved our stay here in Flagstaff. Convenient access to everything and super nice perks like the speakers throughout the house and patio and the direct access to trails behind the house. The owners also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and communicated lots of helpful information in advance of our arrival.

Great home, good location

We were very impressed with how comfortable and clean the home was. Then the stock of pantry items helped us so much with our meal prep. We had such fun visiting all the beautiful National Parks, canyons and Flagstaff highlights such as Lowell Observatory and Old Town. Highly recommend Grand Canyon Tours. Antelope Canyon is a must see.

Perfect getaway spot

We had to go to Flagstaff for a gymnastics competition for our daughter. Most families came in for the event and stayed at a hotel one night, but we decided to bring our best friends and make it a getaway weekend to escape Phoenix for a bit. It was a wonderfully relaxing place. Steve was easily reachable for any questions and fixes we needed and the house was a perfect fit for the 6 of us. We would definitely stay there again!! Welcoming and homey

The house was very clean and inviting. It felt more like I was staying at a friend’s house. The owners were quick to respond to my questions. The check out process is very reasonable. I loved being able to go through the gate in the back yard and walk down a clear path in the woods. So peaceful.

Cozy get away

Perfectly fitting

Very clean, organized, accommodating and cozy. Had everything that I needed to cook meals both inside and outside. Perfect amount of seating for family conversations and game nights. Each bedroom was comfortable and felt like home. 30 minute drive to Williams, 30 minute drive to Snowbowl and 10 minutes from downtown. Perfectly located for our needs. Highly recommend.
