We have 3 completely charming and cozy little Cottage Chalets at our famous BellaVue Estate, newly remodeled and sparkling clean! This listing is for Cottage #1. HOW DO YOU THINK OUR COTTAGES CAME TO BE? The builder and his little girl had been working on the plans for her dream “play house”. One day he had an idea. “Let’s make it bigger!” So, these Cottages are exact replicas of that original design….just life-size! We can’t wait for you to come stay..... and play!! In addition to the 3 Cottages, our Estate also has a 4-story Mansion and a 1BR Studio Suite for rent. That's 5 rentals total and they can be rented separately or as a group, whatever you need! The grounds here are incredibly serene and beautiful, with amazing mountain views, outdoor seating areas, as well as grassy play areas, cascading rock waterfall and our Sedona Red Rock fire pit. We have free parking on site and we're convenient to everything in town. (Fire pit used by reservation for a fee\*) Please ask for details The Estate is also adjacent to Foxglenn Park with multiple picnic areas, playground equipment, huge grassy fields, skate park, and access to walking, hiking and biking trails. ABOUT OUR COTTAGE CHALET: Our Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests in beds. The loft bedroom has a Queen Memory-foam bed, wrapped in the coziest UGG bedding and professionally laundered Premiere Linens, just begging for a long, lazy morning. JUST ADDED for kids of all ages... a small sleeping nook, "Harry Potter" room, with Twin memory-foam mattress only, and sliding barn door for privacy. Access to this fun, unique little space requires a 3ft. climb up galvanized steel piping, attached directly to the wall. Come give this cozy little hideaway a try! This is a recent review from a guest who stayed in Cottage #3, but the design is the same for all of our Cottages... "I don’t think there’s enough space to recount all the amazing things about this cottage. It makes sense why it (the whole property) can also be used as a wedding venue. The scenery seemed like something out of a fairy tale, deer included! The leaves were changing, the weather was chilly and rainy, nature was abundant and thriving. The cottage was clean and tidy, it was so comfortable and cozy with the cutest decorations like little succulents and marble coasters. There was even a charming warmer that looked like a fireplace. All the amenities we needed were provided to us by the hosts. It can comfortably accommodate 4 adults if necessary. There is a small nook in the wall that would be the perfect hideaway to do homework or read or just be alone. We didn’t get to plan to use the fire pit but it would have been perfect for the cool weather. The hosts were readily available and as friendly and inviting as can be. There is a Walmart 5 driving minutes away, a convenience store, and even a park and skate park! The views look like something out of a Bob Ross painting - surreal! My only regret was having to leave this amazing place. The porch was an extra treat. We ate, read and just hung out in the wonderful Flagstaff air. The location was great with easy access to the rest of Flagstaff. Quiet and secluded from the main town, yet very accessible and not too far from any of the places we needed to get to. The place was great for all we needed and did not lack a thing. The only detail we would add, is that the laundry is not under the same roof, but in a separate room / place. This was OK for us and the host made it accessible for our need. Located in a residential area, it is quiet and next door to a park - which would be great for kids. It is a quick drive to downtown Flagstaff. From the easy, contact-less check-in, cleanliness, quality of the furnishings, linens, towels, to the location and beauty of the property, it was all first class. The price was great and the host (Jim) was very responsive. We had a glorious stay in this absolutely charming cottage! Nestled in the beautiful pines, absolutely spotless, and very well appointed, you need look no further for your Flagstaff stay. We spent hours in the courtyard breathing in the healing mountain air. Whether we were inside watching the rain or outside enjoying the view, we loved every second of our visit! Units are like new and the outdoor space was perfect. We spent time indoors only when we were getting close to going to bed, either we were being tourists or we were sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather and perfect grounds. There is on artificial plant that looks like it hasn’t been dusted in 5 years. It had listed a washer and dryer. Jan 25, 2019 #### Charming Winter Home Our stay was comfortable and the location was great. The overall property is very charming and added to the 'cabin' experience. It was perfect for our little family. I didn't give it 5 stars due to the overwhelming amount of rules/restrictions and potential additional fees for everything from early check in, to leaving an item behind, and having to pay for the "inconvenience" in addition to mailing expenses. Although we did not incur any additional fees and I understand the need to cover all bases as a property owner, this is the first time we had to sign a contract rental agreement and that aspect did not feel welcoming at all. ##### Andrea m.
