Pool, hottub, on the lake with boat/fishing dock, plenty of shade, plenty of room inside the house for our 3 families with all kitchen items needed to prepare meals. Ice maker. Outdoor kitchen and dinning area has a pizza oven, 2 propane grills, propane griddle, deep fryer that we used instead as warming drawers for all the food we were cooking, a good size mini fridge, huge sink, all cooking utensils you could think of."
