"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of both the train station and downtown, which made getting around very easy. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the amenities, the sauna was a great bonus, and the gym was well equipped and excellent. Customer service was okay but not exceptional, and I think there is room for improvement in this area. One area that could especially be improved is the hotel restaurant. I would have loved to see a fresh breakfast option. When I ordered an omelet, it was precooked and simply reheated in the microwave. Although the staff member assisting me was very kind and pleasant, the quality of the breakfast did not meet expectations, particularly given how expensive it was. Overall, the hotel has many strong points, especially its location and amenities, but improvements in service consistency and breakfast quality would greatly enhance the experience. "

"The place is NOT like the pictures. It is outdated, our room smelled like mold and pure humidity, the only other smell around is marijuana. "

"It was a really nice place to stay, lots of space and light, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, parking on site. Wonderful communication with host. Close to main attractions. One thing to note, though, that surrounding streets might be a little sketchy at night. "

"Parking was great, place is well-taken care of. The couch is comfy but also each piece is individual which sometimes made it hard to stand up. Water pressure was great and host was very attentive to our questions! Definitely great for the price and the neighborhood was nice and quiet."
