"Location was good but check in was difficult over the phone.
I was disappointed to find our bathroom was not in our room and was in fact down the hall.
The beds were hard and uncomfortable, there was no mirror in the room and no plug sockets next to the bed.
The kitchen was clean but there was no wine opener or chopping boards. "

"All staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. The room was modern, pristine and had a great view to the marina. The restaurant was stellar: we had an amazing gourmet dinner there last night where we were pleasantly surprised with not listed appetizers, amuse bouche and deserts. The serving staff were true professionals.
If a change can be made would be: For some reason we were not able to add a tip to our bill so we had to use our emergency cirrency exchanged funds for the tip."

"Superb staff extremely helpful before I arrived, nothing was to much trouble. Hotel is immaculate all rooms have seaviews over Adriactic sea, 10 min bus ride from town centre bus tickets available from hotel and a mere 200mtr walk to bus stop. Restaurant food was superb and reasonably priced. Please note there are no irons in hotel but do offer a off site laundry and ironing service. "
