It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. « This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge. »

« Grateful to management company who facilitated a last minute reservation. The place is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There is a restaurant below that played some live music at night which ends at 11pm. There were ear plugs provided beside each bed which was an unexpected amenity. The location is superb, with about 30 stairs up from street level to the unit, but not too difficult, may be a challenge if carrying really heavy luggage. »
