"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "Staff at check in were very warm and professional. I left my bags as I was too early for check in and these were put in my room for me which was appreciated after being out in the heat. It made for a quick, easy check in. Room was spacious, clean and quiet at the back of the property. My only suggestion would be to add a fixed shower head (a rain shower would be even better). The detachable shower heads aren’t always easily accessed for the ladies on a hair wash day as no matter how many times you adjust the spray, they tend to turn back towards the wall. That minor detail aside, very happy overall and would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel has an excellent location, which made it very convenient to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Public transport, restaurants, and shops were all within easy reach. However, the room itself was quite small and felt a bit cramped for our stay. There was no fridge in the room, which would have been helpful, especially for longer stays or keeping drinks and snacks. The furniture was also very minimal — there was only a very small table, and even the chairs were stacked on top of each other due to the lack of space. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if location is your top priority, but the room size and limited amenities may not be ideal for a comfortable or longer stay."

"The hotel room was very clean and the view was INCREDIBLE! Also the gentlemen who checked us in was very helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner not turning on and he came up and swapped it out no problem. Would definitely recommend again stay here again! It is a little bit of a hike up the hill to get there. If coming from train station and taking the bus, take bus 14. It lets you out above the hotel and then you can walk down a hill instead of up."

Cuarto pequeño pero limpio que para mi es lo mas impoertante ya que vas a esrar fuera conociendo la ciudad. También te guardan el equipaje sin costo. En el lobby tienen snack y bebidas a la venta.
