This exceptional holiday retreat combines breathtaking views with luxurious comfort. It features two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom, complete with a separate bathtub and shower, ensuring you can refresh after a day of combing the sands of Burleigh beach. The expansive balcony offers ample space for entertaining and unwinding, while the fully equipped kitchen is a culinary delight.  
  
Each bedroom is fitted with mirrored built-ins, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area let in abundant natural light, enhancing the bright and airy atmosphere.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:  
  
▪️ Increased noise during daytime hours  
▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours  
▪️ General construction activity near some properties  
  
While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.  
  
We’ve priced our properties competitively during this period to reflect these temporary conditions. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking — we’re happy to provide more details.
