Offering resort facilities including lagoon style heated pool with water slides, spa, gym, sauna and games room, this is sure to become a family favourite. Apartment 220 is on the second floor, overlooking the bustling main street of Coolangatta. The unit offers one queen bedroom and ensuite with shower over bath and toilet, plus secure parking. The open plan living area features loungeroom with double fold out sofa bed (perfect for kids), reverse cycle air-conditioning, and smart TV with Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well equipped with cooktop, fridge/ freezer and microwave (no oven or dishwasher) and there are laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
