After a day on the beach, tripping around on trams ,sightseeing etc it was great returning to the beautiful quiet peaceful refuge of Key Largo. A unique place with great facilities especially the pool and spa and the well tended gardens. Although on a busy road the solid double glazing cut out all but the loudest Harley Davidson. Angela was a pretty good super organ manager too !

Clean and homely feel in the apartment. Safe and secure parking. Close to public transport, the beach, and restaurants. 10mins away from Stockland Burleigh Heads shopping centre which has everything from groceries to luxury.

It was a clean and tidy 2 bedroom self contained apartment with everything we needed. We will be happy to come back again. Especially with the heated pool and the beach across the road.

The staff was great. The location of the property was very central, however, the apartment we got was not shown in any of photos advertised therefore it misled us, even though the price was fair, what we got should have been way cheaper. The apartment was tidy and beds were comfortable the cleanliness was below standards, couch and blankets were dirty and there was a bandaid in one of them. The carpets had stains, the windows were rusty and unclear if there was mould in some edges, the balcony definitely had mould built up, the bathroom was average and the fan did not work, the kitchen was clean but the freezer was dirty. In addition, the room was very noisy, you could hear a lot from the streets. We could not asked to be moved because we arrived late night Saturday and there was no customer service available on Sunday. Very sad we got a bad apartment because in general the location of the hotel is very convenient.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean with all the things we needed to keep it clean - sponges, detergent. Angela who manages the apartments was amazing - very friendly and happy to help as much as possible. The apartment is very close to the beach.

The property and grounds were great for the kids, could easily watch them in the pool or running around the grass area and plenty of room inside. Pool and spa were pleasant. The property itself could do with a bit of TLC, curtains were mouldy, bathroom drain seemed blocked and found a number of items from previous guests under the bed. There were a number of roadworks going on outside the bedrooms which of course was not the fault of the property but just letting people know that it made for a nimber of disrupted sleeps.

First day of our holidays we got terribly shocked! We've booked Key Largo Appartments based on google reviews and even the price was slightly high for our budget, we thought at least we are going to stay at an amazing place. We drove from Sydney and were getting there a bit late and Angela, receptionist, was good and orginised our keys and check in details safely stored at the front of the hotel. Thank you! However the cleanliness of our room was absolutely discusting and shocking! It was so outdated, old and dirty. The cushions were stained, the carpet was oily, stained and ripped at places. The sheets had also stains and blood stains on it. Kitchen has oily stove and funny smell. The worst of all there was dust everywhere , the thicket layer i have even seen in my life and the curtains to the front littlest yard had mold on them, absolutely disgusting!!! We have payed for this nightmare $1800 for 5 nights stay. Our son has dust allergy and started having heavy breathing. There was one half toilet roll in the bathroom and no bathroom utensils whatsoever, only half used soap container, probably left by an old tenants. We couldnt sleep all the night and asked for a refund at the reception. Angella was lovely and made cancelation smooth for us. I would highly recommend to clean and refurbish this unit asap. Luckily, we've found an amazing hotel for the same price with ocean view and very clean facilities after checking out.

Spacious apartment,comfortable bedding and modern furnishings. Older facility, on noisy street, vertical blinds inadequate for street lighting and noise entering bedroom. Nice gardens and spa and pool area. Convenient location to beach and restaurants. Recommend apartments not facing onto highway. Some maintenance issues with dishwasher,knocking noise behind wall in water pipes when toilet flushed.

It was a great apartment. Neat and tidy fair price and very convenient. I like the fact it has everything such as kitchen utensils, dryer and washer. Didn't have to worry about fidning a landromat nor spend so much money on takeaway
