"This is really the only modern hotel in this small peripheral city in Poland. Staff was great, breakfast was fine, rooms small but clean and was adjacent to a really fun and quirky bowling alley and billiards hall. This is a very quiet and not so touristy city that has a nice market square but a long and dark history during WWII."

"Terrible communications. Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on...

"The room and facilities were quite good. The food was quite good. Breakfast buffet good. The dinner food was nice. Evening dining service was awful on the two occasions that I used it. I was served on each night by staff that seemed unhappy to be serving food. Night one was almost acceptable service. Night two was dreadful.
