The room was spotless, however the lift was broken and my room was on the 4th floor. The staff offered help to carry the bags to the room.

Good for people with a car and one night stay

5 stars for staff - everyone speaks English 3 stars for food - tasteful but few choices of food and no soup 2 stars for room - no air conditioning (we stayed during summer). There is an electric fan but not enough for ventilation. 1 star for the outdoor surroundings - in front of the hotel is a fire station that will wake you up in the middle of your sleep by the loud sirens.And a busy tram line. 1 star for facility - lifts are not operational. Not convenient if you stayed on higher floors.

I would have preferred an hotel nearer the city centre, there were no local restaurants nearby to get an evening meal as the hotel restaurant was closed Getting into the city you need a taxi unless you can understand the tram network. Getting back to the hotel by taxi can be an ordeal without the App😟 and a phone that allows international calls.

Not a single bad thing..

Modern and super clean hotel with lovely staff. Also really liked the lighting in the room. Soft, dimmed and cozy. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel di per sè recente e pulito ma personale inadatto e inesperto. Non si può far alloggiare una famiglia con bambina di tre anni al terzo piano senza ascensore. Caldo tropicale e malsano in camera.
