All the staff were efficient, attentive, professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spotless, with complimentary water and plenty of space. There was a patio with chairs and a table and the most wonderful views of the mountains - this was not used much due to the snow! The restaurant provided us with exceptional breakfasts - both hot and cold options, fruit, nuts, yoghurts, meats, the most amazing scrambled eggs, fresh honeycomb, juices (including a make your own option) - totally stunning. The evening meals were equally wonderful. The spa was the cherry on the cake - a steam room and sauna plus relaxation area with complimentary fruit/herbal teas, water, snacks and again the wonderful views - in better weather there was a hot tub available. Overall a great hotel, great staff and a wonderful place to unwind and relax." Had all you need and dining staff was great. The images are misleading. The view from the steam room biológico is photoshopped. The view from pool and other steam room are also not accurate. The views make it seem isolated but it is in a busy area with lots of hotels restaurants and houses. Great for convenience to the slopes but misleading in photos. Also be away no one under 16 is allowed in the heated outdoor pool or the saunas imaged. They have a basement level pool with cool water and a nice spa attached but not with the views. It was my son’s 13th birthday and he selected the hotel to enjoy the view of the mountains from the pool and sauna. Nice accommodation and restaurant, just misleading images.
