"The property is secluded just on the edge of town. Lots of room to roam and close to everything in town. Just minutes from Fossil Rim Wildlife, Dinosaur Valley State Park, Creation Museum, and Dinosaur World. Nice deck down on the river. It's a great gathering spot."
