"We loved this hotel! Everyone was especially nice from the check in (who helped me while I was sea sick from the boat ride) to Louisa who helped with the breakfast. The breakfast was especially good. They had something for everyone- eggs and bacon for the Americans, beans for the English, potatoes and sausage for the Irish and everything in between! We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was!!!"

"Location is good, just across from the beach. Be aware that is a long walk from the port specially if you have multiple suitcases. You can arrange a ride on a golf cart at EUR 5 per person. Room is of a good size, Pillows are bad, not matter how many you get and the mattress is average. A/C runs or does not via a switch, no thermostat, but gets the job done. View if you get one is second to none . Noise from the street is likely better than any other in town due to the location, that is. plus. I would stay again. Breakfast is average, Coffee..., I can almost drink anything but I would consider switching to chocolate or tea for a few days, yep, it is that bad."

It is a great location to enjoy the Amalfi Coast area without being in the heart of the busyness- Ravello has the same charm with much less people! Only negative is that the pool water was way too cold to swim. Other than that it was very nice."

"I can’t enough recommend this hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Great communication from the staff. Always ready to help you with anything you need. They helped arrange a private transfer from naples airport to the hotel. The driver was very elegant and well dressed. The hotel itself has a great location right at the center of amalfi close to everything you need. The facility is renovated, has an elevator, terrace and a garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they offer free beach towels, free water and snacks the first day, they are so nice. The breakfast is the best you can ever have i think. They offer wide variety, nice presentation, very delicious 5 starts quality. The room is spacious and has everything you need and even more. We had a very pleasant stay."

"The only reason I gave the staff 3 stars was because one staff member was excellent and that was Fabio the staff member who was just ok was Elena. Fabio went above and beyond to answer our questions and get us what we needed. Elena seemed inexperienced and did not go out her way to help us. She simply answered “I think so” or “I don’t know “ I even had to ask her to look something up for us because she was just going to say she didn’t know and that was it. It also could have something to do with her no being able to communicate in English that well. I think this should be a requirement for someone working at the front desk. Also we could not even open our door to look at the view because people were smoking by the front of the hotel and the smoke was rising up into our room. If this is a no smoking hotel something needs to be done to keep the smoke away or we should have been given another room."
