"This was my second stay at the Sofitel, and I was every bit as impressed as I was the first time. From the moment you arrive, the level of service is exceptional. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely make you feel valued — remembering who you are and the little details that make a stay feel personal. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, but it’s the consistently high standard of hospitality that really sets it apart. Every aspect of my stay was seamless, from the service to the surroundings and overall atmosphere. Returning for a second visit and receiving the same exceptional experience says a lot.
