"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"Great location with plenty of eateries and shops around but surprisingly really quiet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge and kettle were really handy. The blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. All the staff I met were kind and welcoming and there were always staff in the lobby making it feel very safe. Would definitely want to stay here again! "

"This was good value for money. Excellent location in the heart of one of Cairo’s best neighborhoods. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Added bonus: I felt 10/10 safe as a woman travelling alone. Definitely recommend."
