Germfask Mi, 2 Bedroom Cabin, perfect for that U.P. getaway ! Clean and quite!

We have a two bedroom cabin on ten acres located in Germfask, MI in the heart of the Upper Peninsula. Located with in a mile of the Manistique River which offers excellent fishing and canoeing/kayaking rentals. Located right off the snowmobile & ORV trails. Germfask is next to the Seney National Wildlife Refuge which offers hundreds of acres of trails, bird watching, & natural area.
Located 10 miles west of Curtis and the Manistique Lakes and right down the road from Round Lake & Luce County park. Centrally located 28 miles east of Manistique, 28 miles West of Newberry. ORV and/or snowmobile to Seney, Curtis, and any connecting trail to Munising, Grand Marais, Newberry and surrounding areas.

Joseph the host did great with communicating, the house was clean and cozy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Perfect for a hunting weekend. Pots, pans, dishes, and cleaning supplies were readily available and worked great for us. Property was clean and well maintained as well! Would absolutely stay here again, perfect for our needs.

The property seemed clean and comfortable. The heating system worked well. We cooked several meals there and enjoyed 4 nights of excellent sleep. We also used the outdoor grill, using wood, and found it easy to use as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Listing stated it included Air Conditioning. There was only a fan and no air conditioning. I tried to use the fan and open windows, but the screens were damaged and ended up with seemingly an endless number of mosquitos in the house...had to shut the windows. I put up with it without complaining during my stay as there was no immediate solution to lack of air conditioning. I had no issues with the unit other than this and would stay again, however, only in the winter.

Perfect

This is a perfect cabin for our snowmobiling get away. It was important that we were able to bring our elderly dogs that have never been kenneled. It provided a stress free stay. We are very low key people and love the hominess of the cabin. We will definitely return next season.

Everything was good except that I was told I could get in early on Friday to unload our things inside before going riding. When arriving the guy cleaning the place told us check in was at 3 and was not ready which is not what the host told me.

Excellent rustic stay

The property was everything i expected. Im a country girl, I dont expect marble floors and 500 thread count sheets. What you get is a cozy home where you can rest you head, spend quality time with your family, everything is there and especially step putside for some fresh air.

Little getaway

It was amazing, beautiful and clean property. The owners were responsive, and it’s hard to beat the location. So many things to do relatively close by, and the stars at night are so clear. I can’t recommend this cabin enough!
