"Overall, great location and very clean. Not the best check in experience but that was definitely just the staff member we had. Every other staff member we met was awesome! Make sure to ask for soap in your room because we heard other guests complaining about that and when we got to our room we had the same problem."

"This was a long term place. It was comfortable, clean and well kept. The staffing was more like a landlord so not always accessible and they put the luggage carts up at night which was not convenient for us. "

"Wonderful but helpless staff as they dont have after hours support. Managerial team/ owner needs to gear up and support them in making sure elevators, faucets, juice machines, door handles in the toilets,basic things are working! Property at great location, parking fees minuscule, safe. Would come again if quick response to these room emergencies is available 24/7 which seems limited. That will give a great value for money!"

"Pros: Staff was excellent, room was spacious, workout area was nicer than some hotels. Multiple laundry machines were convenient. Cons: Pool water was cloudy, I could not see my feet. Continental breakfast was somewhat average, typically the pancake/waffle machines are out everyday..not here. The hotel was noisy from guests inside and out. There was a flashing light above the bed every 10 seconds, the elevator mechanical room started making a whirring sound every 2 seconds in the middle of the night. Someone smoking marijuana outside my window made my entire room smell (I contacted the front desk about this). Previous people left food in the fridge that was not throw away by cleaning employees. All in all it was ok, though I would not stay here again. "

"This is an older motel that needs to be updated. The toilet didn’t work and when staff were notified immediately upon entering the room, they didn’t do anything to fix it. Thankfully my boyfriend was able to fix it for the night. The walls are super thin and around 1a-2a neighbors were yelling and then around 2a Police were knocking on doors. There were small red blood stains on the blankets resembling bed bugs but we couldn’t find any bugs thankfully. We felt very dirty here. There were other reviews saying they never got the $75 deposit back so I waited till I got mine. We stayed April 3 and I got it back on April 7. Breakfast was very small in options - they had juice, cereal, and waffles. You do need to get a breakfast ticket when checking in, without it you won’t be able to eat breakfast. "
