My family stayed at this property while visiting relatives in the area and were really impressed by both the quality and value of the accommodations. The interior of the apartment was perfect for our family of five—the space is set up well with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy living room area. It’s really twice the space and amenities you would get in a nice hotel suite at less than half the price. Everything had been recently renovated and the whole cottage was very clean. We had sub-zero weather, high winds, and snow while there. This lead to the hot water going out in the kitchen and one bathroom sink. The response time was excellent. The maintenance team was great. The water was hot again within a couple hours. It’s very close to the lake and the side yard looked very usable (we didn’t take advantage due to the snow). If you wanted a cozy winter getaway with the intention of staying in, this is a great place. I can see the potential of this as a great summer destination. ##### Andrea T. There were some minor issues. The door was extremely hard to deal with, the floors weren’t very clean when we arrived, but overall the place was nice. However, please be aware that if you are going to Geneva during the off season, most things are going to be closed. Sunset Taxi and Transportation acts like it’s a big inconvenience to take you anywhere since they never seem to be running “taxi service” which is not what the listing says… so I wish that the hosts had let us know that. We probably would’ve planned our small trip somewhere else. ##### Jillian H.
