This house had the most unbelievable backyard that gave the most stunning sunsets over Lake Erie. The house was clean, comfortable and updated and had all the amenities needed for our month stay. The host was very gracious and accommodating and checked in on us during our stay. We felt right at home . It was quiet. Slice of heaven to share our time with family and friends. We got there in the evening and were delighted to see the home was completely decorated for Christmas. It is such a cozy home with a great kitchen, with a big dining table. The hosts were extremely responsive, the house was clean and well equipped and the location delightful. We had hoped to find a place that provided a comfortable retreat in which to destress and refresh. It turned out to be exactly that. I would recommend it to people with children that are older so you don’t have to worry about them falling near the water. The view was stunning. We went and kayak and the mentor Lagoon, which was very nice. We also went to Mentor headlands Beach, which was very nice, the host had various nice touches like complimentary toiletries and snacks.
