Located right next to the SPIRE Academy in Geneva, OH, a short drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, Lake Erie and the historic Bridge Street in Ashtabula, you'll have plenty to do and see! Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a full-size day bed and cozy living areas, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home. \*There are steps to enter the home\* The main floor: \-Spacious living room with sofa, board games, smart TV and Full-size Day Bed. \-Full kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar and everything you'll need to cook and dine-in \-Dining room with gorgeous wood dining table and comfortable chairs \-Bedroom #1 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV. \-Bedroom #2 with queen size memory foam bed, clothes rack, dresser and smart TV. \-Full Bathroom with shower \-Fully stocked linen closet Please note: There is a door connecting both bedrooms as well as 2 doors to enter the bathroom. All of these doors have functional locks to assist with privacy. We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack! This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating. Outside: \-Backyard features a small deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit. \-Plenty of parking \*Charcoal, firewood & lighting source NOT provided\* Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns before booking! Guests will have access to the entire house, garage and yard. Certain closets will remain locked. Nearby: Breakwater Beach (Pet Friendly)- 6 miles Geneva-on-the-Lake- 6 miles Wine Country- 2 miles SPIRE Institute- 1 mile Ashtabula, Bridge Street District- 18 miles Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months. Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience! There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Wasnt sure about the noise from the traffic, being on 534\. It was quiet at night. Daytime wasnt bad. The inside of the house is really nice. A big back yard. Theres a grill and a firepit.
