The living space includes a kitchen housing an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, a living/dining room with woodburning stove, dining area and TV. Please note: Heat and electricity by meter reading payable by guests on departure. The bedrooms include two doubles and two singles, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for 2 cars and a lawned side, front & rear garden with furniture. This property does not accept pets or smoking. Within 2.7 miles there is a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Heat and electricity by meter reading payable by guests on departure. Fraoch Cottage offers a relaxing abode, all year round. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: This property does not have WiFi. The guest will have to pay for there use of fuel and power at the end of their stay, as its on a meter

Region: Known as the “Sunny South East”, the counties of Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, and Tipperary offer everything you could need for a dream holiday in Ireland. Miles of sandy beach and scenic drives taking in mountains and coast are on your doorstep.  
  
Town: County Tipperary's attractive village and harbour of Garrykennedy sits on the shores of Lough Derg on the eastern bank. In addition to the ruins of the 15th-century Garrykennedy Castle Port, the town's waterfront features a playground, a modern harbour, and numerous BBQ areas, making it a popular stop for tourists. The award-winning Larkins restaurant and Roy Breen Public House are two dining alternatives, while the convenience shop in Portroe just south of Garrykennedy is a good place to stock up on supplies. Nenagh Castle, Nenagh Heritage Centre, a cinema, and supermarkets are all within a short distance of the property. There is a water park at Dromineer, a historic castle in Dromineer, and a boat trip of Lough Derg in nearby Dromineer. Killaloe is a little further south and offers even more water sports.
