"The location is great, and the staff was really good. But the pillows are beyond horrible. Not only are they the smallest pillows ever put on the planet, but they have no comfort to them at all. Felt like sleeping on rocks."

"Hotel is nice with lots of beautiful amenities. Pool was pretty cold even though it said heated. Staff was helpful with early check-in options. Valet parking was a convenient extra. Umbrellas for rain. Definitely walkable to downtown attractions. Heating water in room was a a little wonky. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again. "

"Didn’t know you had to schedule the shuttle. Luckily we were not waiting to find the shuttle. Also there was a huge stain and rip in the couch cushion and bugs in the curtains."

"Nice hotel within walking distance of all the action. If you don’t have to, don’t rent a car. Hotel is easily walkable to all nightlife & arena. The cost of parking, as in most major cities, is crazy expensive. There is a parking lot across the street from the hotel that is a little more expensive, but faster to get to and from your car. Rooms were spacious, but the decor was nothing special. Hotel bar with live music in the lounge. Indoor pool was small, but kids enjoyed it. "
