"Couldn’t check in for hours. Manager rude, unreasonable, and dismissive. First floor flooded. It was an absolute circus. Laundry machines broken so no clean sheets/towels. No accommodations made. Didn’t get to check in til 7pm at night. The most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with."

"Place its full of trash, roaches and filthy. There are bed bugs and olde furniture rusted drain in shower. couldn’t stop there for long. Its was better to go somewhere us. Didn’t used Expedia for the other place. Didn’t want to end in a similar place. Pss, will not be using expedia for hotels reservations "

"The whole place had a terrible smell from the time you walked in the door. The room smell was particularly gross and strong, we told the front desk about the smell and they said they would look into it. When we returned for the day it was obvious that nothing had been done in the room. We spoke with the front desk again and told them the chemical smell was overwhelming and they said they would take care of it. When we returned the person at the front desk told us they sprayed our room again! The smell was nauseating and it even got on our clothes. The room was in disrepair and was run down. I will not stay there again. "

"I specifically booked a room with two beds because I was traveling with my daughter and her friend. However, when I got to the hotel, they told me there were none available and that because I booked through a third-party, they didn’t know I needed it too bads."

"No public bathrooms, would not allow early check-in until argument, shower valve unusable toilet seat not suitable to sit on"

"Nice quiet place good staff nice and comfortable bed. Refrigerator ice make inside the refrigerator. You don’t have to walk the hall fully furnished very good and comfortable place."
